Refund policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you're not happy within 30 days of receiving your product, we'd be more than happy to help you with an exchange or return.

If you'd like to start a return or exchange, email us at hello@saltnails.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange and return and we'll take care of it.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. To receive a full refund, the items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Use of our convenient pre-paid return shipping label is $5 per package, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you’d prefer to use your own shipping carrier, that's perfectly fine. Just make sure to initiate the return online first. You’ll receive a copy of your invoice to include in your return package, and you’ll be asked to provide a reason for the return.

Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and reason for the return. Once we receive your return, it will take 1-2 business days to process, and it may take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method. You’ll be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

If you purchased S/ALT products from an authorized or unauthorized retailer, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a return or refund. Please reach out to the retailer’s customer service team directly for assistance.
